Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Requests must be made within the agreed refund period
- Refunds apply to services that have not yet been fully delivered
Refundable Services
The following services are eligible for refunds:
- Campaign audits and consultations
- Pre-launch and campaign services
- Marketing and strategy services
Refunds will be issued based on the status of service delivery at the time of the request.
Partial Refunds
If services have already started:
- Clients are eligible for a partial refund
- Completed work, time spent, and resources used will be deducted
- The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly
Full Refunds
A full refund may be issued if:
- Services have not yet started
- Work has not been delivered or initiated
- The request meets the agreed refund terms
Non-Refundable Costs
Refunds do not apply to:
- Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms
- Platform fees (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, payment processors)
- External software tools or subscriptions

We aim to review refund requests within 7–10 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Processed through the original payment method
- Completed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider
